Golden Beetroot
This radiant variety of beetroot, comes with a little more of an earthy taste as well as a sweeter nutty undertone.
Due to its nature a great addition to mixed roasts, salads for a pop of colour that holds well, or you could roast them as their own dish, similarly to carrots.
