How our subscriptions work

Choose how would you like to shop

Choose from one of our veggie boxes options. Organic Only, or Organic and Spray-free. These are available is Small and Large

These weekly or fortnightly subscriptions automatically charge you each Monday for delivery the following Thursday 

Subscriptions not for you? Do your shopping over the phone!! Call our shop and they will custom pack your order and you could have it delivered in time for dinner. Check out this page for more details

Log in

When placing your first order we will ask you to sign up so we can remember your details and it creates you a customer portal. From here you can skip, pause, edit and cancel your subscription at any time just click on the small figure with head and shoulders at the top right of the home page, or send us an email to uefshop@gmail.com and we can help you out

Payments
Once you’re happy with your order, you may pay by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. Subscription orders will automatically debt your account at the frequency you set

Order deadlines
To make sure we have time to prepare your order, all orders and payments must be made by 5am Tuesday each week to receive your order on the Thursday

Deliveries

One of our fabulous couriers then pick up your boxes and drop them directly to your door as quickly as they can. Delivery times will vary depending on how busy they are, it could be as late as 10pm.

$10.10 - $13.50 delivery fee (final cost is calculated at checkout)

OTHER AREAS (these areas are not same day delivery)

Oamaru, Dunedin, Green Island, Mosgiel, Waihola, Milton, Balclutha, Lawrence, Gore, Clinton-Heriot, Waikaka-Tapanui, Mataura - Edendale, Balfour - Riversdale, Wyndam, Invercargill, Bluff - Lorneville, Winton - Dipton, Mossburn, Alexandra - Athol, Wanaka - Hawea, Lumsden - Manapouri, Milford Area - Millers Flat, Queenstown - Roxburgh, Ettrick - Clyde, Arrowtown - Luggate, Kingston - Garston, Cromwell

$19.70 - $26.20 delivery fee (final cost is calculated at checkout)

We can only deliver to some Rural areas. These orders may receive a further $6 fee, this may be added to the delivery fee at the time of purchase or invoiced to you after you order. If we cannot deliver to your area, we will refund you the full amount.

Untamed Earth reserves the right to hold back any order that has not been paid in full

We take great care in packing your fresh produce. However, deliveries are handled by a third-party courier, and unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to help.
