HOW IT WORKS


 How would you like to shop

We have 3 different ways to shop. One time order, weekly subscription or a 13 week subscription

If you want a once off, or weekly subscription you can choose from one of our veggie boxes options. The Classic Box, or The Classic Fruit and Vege Box

Our 13 week subscription comes with a 15% discount and is similar to a CSA model. These boxes are called A Seasons Pass, or A Seasons Pass with Fruit and you can find out more here How a Season Pass works

Or you can build your own box by heading straight to our All Our Products page. 

Select frequency
If you’ve selected one of our classic boxes, you can then choose a once-off delivery or subscribe to a weekly/fortnightly delivery. Subscription orders will charge you each week/fortnight automatically, there is nothing more you'll need to do. You can skip, pause, edit and cancel your subscription from your customer portal

If you are creating your own box, this will not be available for subscription. This is due to the seasonality of our produce

Customise your box
You will then have the opportunity to add extra items to your box by clicking on ‘Add more items’ in your cart, or heading directly to the All Our Products page. Items added to a subscription box will be once off and not be on subscription. 

Log in
You will then be asked to log in/sign up so we can remember your details

Payments
Once you’re happy with your order, you may pay by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. Subscription orders will debt from this option each week/fortnight

Order deadlines
To make sure we have time to prepare your order, all orders and payments must be made by 5am Sunday for Tuesday delivery, 5am Tuesday for Thursday delivery and 5am Thursday for Saturday delivery. If you’ve run out of time and forgotten to place your order by this time, flick us an email and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.

You will be asked to select your preferred delivery date. This date may be changed if we cannot deliver to your area on the date that you select and will be moved to the next available date. See below for a list of areas and days we can deliver to you

Picked and packed
Our team will then pick and pack your produce the day before, chilled overnight and delivered asap on your selected date.

Delivery

The team at iDeliver then pick up your boxes and drop them directly to your door as quickly as they can. Deliveries in the Christchurch area will be made on Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Saturdays and times will vary depending on how busy the couriers are, it could be as late as 10pm. See below for your available delivery days

$16.49 handling and delivery fee per box (some of these postcodes will have a further $6 rural fee added)

If you cant see your postcode here, send us an email an we can confirm whether we can deliver to you or not

We can only deliver to some Rural areas. These orders may receive a further $6 fee, this may be added to the delivery fee at the time of purchase or invoiced to you after you order. If we cannot deliver to your area, we will refund you the full amount.

Untamed Earth reserves the right to hold back any order that has not been paid in full.
