Organic Lebanese Cucumbers are a mild tasting, dark green skinned variety that has a pleasant texture. They grow shorter and stouter than a Telegraph Cucumber and are slightly more bitter, but are many peoples preference.
Great in salads, used as a dipper in your favourite hummus recipe or grated, salted, squeezed and then mixed into tsatzizki. Cucumber also goes well in juices paired with mint, lemon and ginger which is super refreshing in the summer months!
