NZ Organic Oratia Beauty apples have a wonderful crisp, juicy, tart flavor and round to slightly flattened fruit. They are one of the first apples the ripen in the new season and are a stellar eating fruit for those who enjoy tartness in apples, similar to a Granny Smith.
